My Approach

I am honoured to walk along my clients on their path to self-discovery and healing. I believe in the power of collaboration, safety, and connection with clients. Honoured to assist clients in finding and navigating their own unique paths, I strive to help them discover, access, and express their own internal strengths, and use this heightened awareness to guide them towards healing and growth.

I work with clients seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. Working with teenagers, adults, couples and families, I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy with an emphasis on adapting and tailoring to maximize effectiveness with each client. My primary method is person-centered and emotionally-focused, with cognitive, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and family systems elements drawn upon also depending on each client’s unique needs.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

My Approach

As a therapist, my goal is to provide personalized care that centers around each individual, their distinct experiences, needs, and paths towards healing. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can feel safe to express their feelings and thoughts openly. Together, my hope is to create a therapeutic relationship and environment that promotes self-exploration, resilience, and personal growth.

I take an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, relationship issues, and grief. Drawing from a humanistic and holistic background, I integrate evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioural and dialectical-behavioural therapy, tailoring my approach to best suit the needs of each client. Above all, I am committed to helping individuals navigate their challenges in a way that feels meaningful to them, whilst fostering emotional well-being, and meaningful change.

My Approach

I strive to offer a compassionate and grounded space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, and inner experiences with curiosity and care. I believe that healing begins through understanding the meanings we attach to our struggles and cultivating a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

My approach is integrative and person-centered, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. I work with individuals, couples, youth, and adolescents to explore patterns that feel stuck or self-critical, while building awareness, emotional flexibility, and self-acceptance.

I have a particular passion for supporting those navigating disordered eating and body image concerns. My work focuses on helping clients move away from shame and control toward understanding, connection, and trust in their bodies. I also work with grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism—recognizing how these experiences often shape how we see and care for ourselves. Above all, I aim to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with their inherent worth and develop a more compassionate, authentic relationship with themselves and others.
